I'll be honest here.... I don't know much about these "devises" but am not overly thrilled with what I am seeing. My first encounter with these was within the last week... came upon one that was being used/tested for the building I work at. The one I have seen is a bit different in looks... the screen is bigger and the stand reminds me more of what you'd use for sheet music. Other than that, the two devises seem to have a lot in common... they can tell your temperature and even if you are wearing a face mask. The one I have seen work will tell you your temperature and let you know if entry is allowed or denied. It will also tell you if you aren't wearing a face mask and deny you entry to the building.
I'm not overly thrilled with it but realize some people may find them interesting or even desirable to use.

I haven't had any kind of contact with those devices as yet. Some people have had them used when visiting doctors, dentists etc, but they don't seem to be in use here.

Hi, Kieran!
I am not sure where these devises are being used, but five of the six are now gone from the waiting spot they were in. One left is still more like a test one...not out for public use. I get the idea they will take place of the people who use a temperature gun at door entrances right now.

I have a feeling some business places are just going a bit nuts compare to others.

17 Lost Egyptean Pyramids Found By Infrared Satellite Images.

Touchless 8" Facial Thermal Device Ai Body Face Temperature Measuring Camera temperature kiosk Loegpy10

A satellite survey of Egypt has uncovered lost treasures including 17 pyramids and more than 1,000 tombs. Three thousand ancient settlements have also been located by scientists who studied infrared images which allowed them to see underground buildings.

Astounded researchers on the ground have already confirmed that two of the pyramids exist - and they believe there are thousands more unknown sites in the region. Researchers from the University of Alabama, USA, believe that there are many more buildings buried deeper than those already spotted, the most likely location being under the banks of the River Nile. 5/26/2011

Interesting stuff! Thank you for sharing it... I just may look into it a bit more for more of the story. :)

That makes sense otherwise one person is tied up with doing that alone.
