Since all replies to this went away with deletion of Disqus... I may as well post one again. lol
I am surprised to find that even in my own family, a couple of grinches have emerged!
Why am  I surprised? I really shouldn't be!Is there a Grinch in your Christmas? 200.gif?cid=1b13d0d8qjswd57ybe7dq7x01300qixzbzn5axpnduunjpvu&ep=v1_gifs_search&rid=200

There are more Grinches about this year!
Everyone says the same.
I am not sure why.
I love Christmas, but then I try to keep true to the spirit of it, and not just treat it as a spending spree.
And I much prefer to give things than to receive - anything, not just material things.

@KieranT
I think some have lost their Christmas spirit and some never had it.
I wasn't able to accomplish as much as I have done previous years, but that is due to full time work now.
I still love Christmas and there is still a kid at the heart of it all. The important things are still being done... and yes... much more meaning than just the gifts.
Giving makes a heart happy. :)
