When we die, each of us at some point, what are we hoping others will remember about us and how they feel about us?
Is that about the same as asking what our legacy will be?

I have no desire to go down in history or anything like that, but am just content if a few good friends remember me fondly, and that I managed to help some folks along the way in whatever small way I can.

As for my second comment on part one I don't understand those who spend their time negatively, making others' lives more difficult or unpleasant.
Does anyone really want their epitaph to read "Good riddance!"?

We see things a lot alike. I don't need to be popular but would hope a few close to me remember me with love in their hearts. :)

Recently, my brother died... not quite a "good riddance" but I don't believe many cried or cared. He made people miserable and he was miserable.

I am sorry to hear about your brother.

Some leave this world a little better than when they entered it, and some don't.
You will definitely be one of the former  Shiny happy smile

Thank you. I cried for how he looked right before he died... only 4 years older than me, but looked to be thirty years older. And I cried for how things could have been, but never were.
I'm glad I went to see him. We talked, shared some memories and hugs.... I hope he's now found peace.

Awwww...Kieran, I truly hope I have put some positivity in other's lives. I know I can't be everyones favorite, but it would be nice to know some cared. :)
